2 or 3 kiwifruit
1 cup of pineapple
2 handfuls mixed green herbs; parsley, dandelion leaves, mint, chickweed,
1 cup of herb tea; milk thistle, nettle, burdock
Brew your tea of choice well and allow to cool, then simply add the rest of the ingredients and blend. This is the basic recipe and you can easily add to it, and tweek it to your own tastes
