As the summer holidays have come to an end,its time for us to get our heads back in the game, not to mention the kids off to school.
Help smooth way with some brain-boosting, energy lifting essential oil magic.
Here are a couple of quick easy things for you to do.
Sandalwood to pulse points, helps to feel relaxed and confident.
Lavender for tired legs and feet, improves sleep and a good stress release. Try it in a foot bath, can be cold on hot days, with a few teaspoons of Epsom salts.
3 drops of Bergamot and 2 drops of Lemon in a mix of Jojoba oil is a great “dont sweat it” confidence boosting deoderant.
Bergamot and Rosemary and Lemon are great for concentration and memory.
Lemon is a natural germ protection.
You can add these mixes to your diffuser at the end of the day.
