Spiritual Coaching

Spiritual coaching is working with me and your spiritual guides, to help you empower yourself through change or old belief patterns.

You come for the initial consultation (around an hour and a quarter), then followed by two back up sessions, (around 40 mins long).

Each session is a week apart, and all recorded and emailed to you, with any extra information, tasks, or tools that you may need.

Meditation Groups

My meditation groups are designed for those who wish to deepen their connection to their own inner being.

Allowing the mind to settle, and being more aware of the intuitive/feeling side of your being.

I use breathing, colour, crystals and guided meditations,to tap in and let go.

I have night classes and day classes that run at different times.

Bookings are essential as I like to keep them small and intimate.

They run for just over an hour, with a nurturing cup of tea and inspirational cards included.

Personalised Tea Packages

Tea packages are made by tuning into your name, which holds a unique vibration of its own. I then tune in with spirit to get a blend that is unique to you. It can include, loose teas, crystals, and bach remedies. It comes with a sheet with each item explained in your tea.
